Delete your ParkHikes account

In the app (instant)

1. Open ParkHikes and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete account.
3. Enter your password and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted straight away, and any Premium subscription is cancelled.

Without the app

Email info@syshikes.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my ParkHikes account”. We confirm it’s you, then delete your account within 7 days and email you when it’s done.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email, mobile number, settings and notification tokens
• Your cars and QR tags, and their scan history
• Your chats with their messages and photos (for both people in the chat), and your call history
• Your Premium subscription, invite code and invite records, and your blocked list

What is kept, and for how long

• Your name, email, mobile number, sign-up date and deletion date: 180 days, as India’s IT Rules, 2021 (Rule 3(1)(h)) require. No one else can see it, and it is then deleted automatically.
• Reports you made or that were made about a chat you were in: up to 2 years, for safety reviews.
• Payment records: kept by Razorpay as tax and financial laws require.
