Price and billing

ParkHikes Premium costs ₹99/month and renews every month through Razorpay (UPI Autopay or card) until you cancel. New accounts get a 7-day free trial; if you set up autopay during the trial, the first charge happens when the trial ends.

Cancelling

Cancel any time in the app: Profile → Subscription → Cancel subscription. No further charges are made after you cancel, and you keep Premium until the end of the month you have already paid for. Deleting your account also cancels your subscription straight away.

Refunds

Because Premium starts as soon as you pay, payments for a month that has started aren’t refunded automatically. If you were charged by mistake (for example, charged twice, or charged after cancelling), email info@syshikes.com from your account’s email address within 30 days of the charge, with the date and amount. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days through Razorpay.

These terms don’t affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
